WTF?? You Can't Be Serious...

Saw this on Worldstarhiphop.com. I hate to sound cynical, but I find it VERY hard to trust authority... ESPECIALLY police. Call it what you want, but this is the kind of stuff that makes people take justice in their own hands instead of seeking help from those that SHOULD be "enforcing" the "law".... SMH.
